Era of women- taking charge as leaders
When it comes to gender equality both globally and in India, discourse around women needs to change. Arguing the fact on international stage, that women catering more and more heights in each and every sector is inarguable. Major media outlets and think tanks in India are sycophantic over the fact that women are taking over top positions in the country’s largest companies and even on the ground zero.
The big picture in India, today is in front of everyone. Women in India are changing the course of action rapidly in all segments of social paradigms. Earlier this year in Kerala the Sabarimala temple issue took a leap, the country saw a massive movement poaching equality and justice where five million women joined their hands to make 620 km long human chain to mark their declaration against the bourgeoisie society of masculinity. Their extended arm of gratitude and solidarity towards the society is matchless and to revel the commendation there is no one day but, on every year, 8th march the world comes together to ravish the accomplishment of women around the globe.
